PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING WORKSHOP [BCOE700(M)] 2 Days

This “Business Continuity Planning Workshop” is designed on developing and implementing your Business Continuity Plan (BC Plan). This workshop is suitable for anyone who has been given the responsibility by the management to develop the Business Continuity Management charter.

This workshop will impart essential knowledge to effectively develop and implement the BC Plan based on local requirements as well as incorporating DRI International’s 10 Professional Practices to complement DRI’s Professional BCM Certification Course (BCLE2000).

KEY FEATURES: Skilled and experienced instructor will be delivering comprehensive, yet practical insights of BCP best practices and principles. Workshop sessions will simulate actual business environment and review cases and issues faced by organizations today. The design and structure of the workshop are tailored to focus on simple fundamentals of creating a BC Plan.

This workshop effectively communicates the knowledge, concepts and tabletop exercise of BC Plan where participants learn how to incorporate best practices. Learn from the experience and approach in indentifying business vulnerabilities and impacts. Understand the roles and responsibility in order to reduce, respond, recover and restore the business functions.

BCM involves organization wide initiative in order to effectively manage with the support and commitment of other business functions. The “Business Continuity Planning Workshop” BCOE700 (M) is targeted for anyone responsible in developing and implementing a BC Plan.

  • To be able to establish a BC Plan
  • To be able to assemble a BC Plan
  • To be able to sustain and embed BCM

By the end of the program, participants can expect to:
  • Understand the concepts in each of the 10 professional practice areas in DRI. 
  • Learn the techniques required to implement these concepts.
  • Analyse your organization using these BCM techniques.
  • Implement these concepts in your organization with customised templates supporting these techniques.
