The Master level certification targets individuals with significant demonstrated knowledge and skill in the professional of business continuity management and a minimum of five years of experience in 7 of the subject matter areas of the Professional Practices as a business continuity planner. To qualify, one must first pass the Qualifying Examination and subsequently complete and pass another Master Case Study Exam. One can then submit an application for certification thoroughly describing work experience in the field. Documented continuing education is required every two years.
