  1. How do I claim for Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF)?
    • Employer must fill up form PSMB/T/1/09 or through Employer Information System (EIS).
    • Attach certified attendance list form (PSMB/SBL-KHAS/T3/01) from the training provider.
    • Attach the appropriate documents:
      • Hotel bills / accomodation
      • Receipt + Invoice For PSH/STL
      • Copy of air ticket, (if applicable); and
      • Other related documents, wherever applicable
    • Submit the duly completed claim form with the above supporting documents to PSMB upon the completion of training for reimbursement of allowable training costs.

  2. How do I apply for my certification?

    Upon passing of the BCM Qualifying Examination and/or BCM Auditor Examination, you will then be eligible to apply for ABCP, CFCP, CBCP, CBCV, CBCA or CBCLA. The level of certification depends on your work experience on BCM, emergency management and audit.

    DRI International certifies individuals and provides various levels of active professional certification in a number of areas. Our certifications are the standards of excellence in business continuity management whether you are a practitioner, vendor or auditor. Certifications acknowledge an individual's effort to achieve a professional level of competency in the industry. While individuals' motives may vary, there are numerous reasons for seeking certification including personal and professional satisfaction, employer recognition and financial gain.

    Certification is a two-part process; verification of knowledge and confirmation of experience:

    • Step 1: A passing grade on the Qualifying Examination is sufficient to verify a candidate's knowledge of the subject matter.
    • Step 2: An application is required to confirm the experience of an individual candidate.

  3. Why do I need a MyDRI account?

    Your "MyDRI" account allows DRI International to have your most current contact information and track your activities and certification. You are able to register for DRI International training courses and exams through this profile, apply for certification, and also maintain your certification through CEAPs and maintenance fees in this account.

  4. Why is it important to update the contact

    Why is it important to update the contact information in my "MyDRI" account?

    DRI International and/or DRI Malaysia sends its correspondence to the address and email that are on file in your "MyDRI" account. It is your responsibility that DRI International and DRI Malaysia have your current contact information, so that you will be notified on latest news from DRI and the status of your certification.

  5. How can I be searchable on BC Community?

    Your Privacy Preference is set by you. Go to your profile in "MyDRI" and make your choice at the bottom of the page.   6. What are your Instructors' and Facilitators' qualifications and experiences?

    Our Instructors and Facilitators are all DRI International Certified Professional (CBCP or MBCP). Pre-assessment on these professionals' work experience on BCM is compulsory to qualify them to coach in our training and courses.
