2-Day Business Continuity Planning Workshop (BCOE700)

This workshop focused on the skills of developing and implementing your Business Continuity Plan (BC Plan). This workshop is suitable for anyone who has been given the responsibility by the management to develop the Business Continuity Management charter.

The workshop imparts essential knowledge based on local requirements and incorporates DRI International's 10 Professional Practices to complement DRI's Professional BCM Certification Course (BCLE2000).

This workshop effectively communicates the knowledge, concepts and tabletop exercise of BC Plan where participants learn how to incorporate best practices from the experience and approach in identifying business vulnerabilities and impacts.
