2-Day Business Continuity Planning Workshop (BCOE700)
This workshop focused on the skills of developing and
implementing your Business Continuity Plan (BC Plan). This workshop
is suitable for anyone who has been given the responsibility by the
management to develop the Business Continuity Management
charter.
The workshop imparts essential knowledge based on
local requirements and incorporates DRI International's 10
Professional Practices to complement DRI's Professional BCM
Certification Course (BCLE2000).

BCP best practices and principles. The sessions unclude
simulations of actual business environment case
studies and issues faced by organizations today. The design
and structure of the workshop are tailored to focus on simple
fundamentals of creating a BC Plan.

and tabletop exercise of BC Plan where participants learn how to
incorporate best practices from the experience and approach in
