1-Day Business Impact Analysis (BCOE-300)
Course Outlines :
The BCOE300 course introduces the reasons for and value of
conducting a Business Impact Analysis. Course attendees will
understand methodologies, terms and definitions such as Critical
Business Processes and their recovery priorities, Recovery Time
Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO),
Interdependencies, Vital Records and Acceptable Exposure to
Loss.
Course Objectives :
Upon completion of the course,
attendees will be able to:
- Identify the impacts resulting from business interruptions that
can affect the organization, and the techniques that can be used to
quantify and qualify such impacts
- Identify time-critical functions, their recovery priorities,
and interdependencies so that the recovery time objectives can be
established and approved
