The BCOE000 course covers the
overview of DRI's 10 Industrial Best Practices for BC
Practitioners. This is an awareness training which provides the
foundation knowledge in BC Planning and Management for course
attendees i.e. BCM Framework, Scopes, Terminologies and Definitions
in BCM. This course is designed and aimed to create and enhance the
awareness on BCM as well as empowering course attendees' knowledge
