BCLE600(M) – Developing and Implementing the Business Continuity Plan :

 

This 2-day course is designed to cover the application of the necessary skills and information gathered in putting the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program into action by identifying the components of the planning process, the course is specially designed for those who do not have an in depth knowledge and experience in BCM but desired to learn and explore the fundamental components in Planning and Developing a BC Plan. In other words, this course is designed and aimed to equip and empower Business Continuity Planners to understand the basic and necessary applicability of the Industrial Practices within their job responsibilities.

 

The course covers the overview of Professional Practices on BCM with a focus on Risk Evaluation, Business Impact Analysis, BC Plan Activation as well as BC Plan Development based on DRI International's Professional Practices for Business Continuity Planners. Our certified, qualified and experienced instructor will discuss with participants the BC practical means and methods to enhance the understanding on "What is BCM?", "How to conduct Risk Analysis and Business Impact Analysis?" which will lead to the Planning and Developing of the BC Plans for their respective organizations.
